{"id":6221,"date":"2022-06-21T10:51:52","date_gmt":"2022-06-21T10:51:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.selleraider.com\/?page_id=6221"},"modified":"2022-06-21T13:05:39","modified_gmt":"2022-06-21T13:05:39","slug":"affiliate-terms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/staging.selleraider.com\/affiliate-terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Affiliate Terms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>These are the affiliate program terms provided by SellerAider (us) that applies to every affiliate (you) in our program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>This Agreement does not create an exclusive agreement between the affiliate (you) and SellerAider (us).<\/li><li>We may update and change any part or all of this Agreement at any point in time. <\/li><li>The affiliate agrees that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between them and SellerAider a result of this Agreement.<\/li><li>The affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal or unethical marketing activities<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements for Payment and Membership of the affiliate program<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The affiliate will need to have a\u00a0<strong>transferwise account<\/strong>\u00a0to get paid commission, otherwise the affiliate will receive credit on their customer account that can be applied to their subscription. <\/li><li>The affiliate must agree to the terms and accept that violation of these terms can lead to termination of their account. <\/li><li>The affiliate must be a user of one product sold by SellerAider<\/li><li>The affiliate must not have acquired the referral by fraudulent means, or any means that SellerAider deems to be a violation of our policies or against the spirit of our affiliate program.<\/li><li>The affiliate will only get the recurring commission for the first product a referral subscribes to. The affiliate will not receive commission on further purchases.<\/li><li>The affiliate must not use paid advertising for keyword SellerAider deems relevant to it in order to land a referral. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Commission Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Due commissions are generally paid out after 3 months.\u00a0<\/li><li>The affiliate is fully responsible for all fees\/taxes associated with their commission payment.<\/li><li>The affiliate is fully responsible for following up on the related commissions. <\/li><li>All amounts payable by SellerAider to the affiliate are subject to offset by SellerAider against any amounts owed by the affiliate to us. <\/li><li>SellerAider will determine the currency that the commission will be paid out in. <\/li><li>The affiliate will only get the recurring commission for the first product a referral subscribes to. The affiliate will not receive commission on further purchases.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cookie Duration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>All cookies for referrals will have a fixed duration. This duration is subject to change by SellerAider at any point.<\/li><li>Visitors must convert within this many days after visiting your website in order to be attributed to the affiliate. If the cookie expires or is cleared then you will not be owed any commissions. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In no event will SellerAider or the affiliate be liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits.<\/li><li>if, SellerAider is determined to have any liability to the affiliate or any third party while taking our terms into consideration, the involved parties agree that SellerAider&#8217;s aggregate liability will be limited to the total commission amounts the affiliate has actually earned for the related customer transactions in the twelve month period preceding the event giving rise to a claim.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Disclaimer of Warranties.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>WE AND OUR AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND AGENTS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, SECURITY OR ACCURACY OF SELLERAIDER&#8217;S PRODUCT, THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM OR THE AFFILIATE TOOL FOR ANY PURPOSE. APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACES (APIs) AND THE AFFILIATE TOOL MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SELLERAIDER PRODUCTS AND AFFILIATE TOOL ARE PROVIDED &#8220;AS IS&#8221; WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO THE SELLERAIDER PRODUCTS AND THE AFFILIATE TOOL INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These are the affiliate program terms provided by SellerAider (us) that applies to every affiliate (you) in our program.
